SOME COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do we need to pay a bond?

Yes a $200 bond is required for all bookings. This is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the equipment and the play rules have been followed.

How long can we hire the equipment for?

The hire fee is for 4 hours of hire, additional hours can be added for $50 per hour.

Is the Setup time included in the hire time?

No we allow 1 hour before the event starts for us to arrive and set up.

How much is delivery?

We provide free delivery within a 10km radius of Belmont. For locations beyond this radius, a fee of $3 per km will be applied.

We will provide an exact cost of delivery when we confirm your booking.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we have public liability insurance up to $20,000,000.

What is the age limit for the soft play?

The soft play is for children ages 4 years and under.

Do you set up the equipment?

Yes, we deliver and set up the equipment!

How is the equipment cleaned?

All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned to remove any dirt and debris, then heavily sanitised.
