Delivery Policy

We provide free delivery within a 10km radius of Thornlie. For locations beyond this radius, a fee of $3 per kilometer will be applied. This fee covers delivery, setup, and pickup of our
equipment, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.

Additional charges may apply for setups and pack-downs involving stairs or difficult-to access areas to manage logistics safely and efficiently.

We recommend the following setup times before your event starts:

• 1 hour for soft play equipment
  

Please allow 1 hour for the packing up and removal of equipment after the event concludes
