Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Once the deposit is paid, we can work with you to reschedule the date, depending on our availability. Please note that if the booking is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited, as it covers our administrative and organizing costs.
• 72 Hours or Less Before Event: If you cancel your booking within 72 hours or less of the event date, you will forfeit the full amount paid, minus the bond.
  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Weather and backup plan 
  We understand that weather can be unpredictable and may impact your event plans. To ensure the safety and quality of our equipment, we require an indoor or sheltered backup plan in place. If the weather forecast indicates unfavorable conditions such as extreme heat, rain or strong winds, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. We will monitor the weather forecast leading up to your event date and notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule your booking for a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.
  

Please note that no refunds or credits will be given under any of the above circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all event participants.
